Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-5 days depending of the geographical zone and after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped via bPost @Home (1-2 days) for Belgium territory and/or via bPost World Business (2-5 days) for neighboring territories in scope ( see Tems and Conditions of use - Article 5 ) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us via email to the address info@mexglo.com before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online and also we give you the possibility to arrange a new delivery appointment of your choice.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Besides, if your order is above 30 Kg please contact us via email to the address info@mexglo.com then we can give you an offer as a wholesaler.

Return Handling

If you are absent upon delivery of the package (from Monday to Friday), the postman will leave a “failed delivery card” in your letterbox. Then you can either pick up your parcel in the 14 days that follow (not including the delivery day) from the post office or the post point mentioned on the card, or request a second delivery on the date of your choice.
